Business Office Operational Review
IHC-LLP, can assess the Business Office operations of both hospitals and physician offices/clinics. The Business Office Operational Review is not as intensive of a review as the Revenue Cycle Review and focuses on the general operations of the Business Office as opposed to a detailed review of the key revenue cycle indicators.
The review looks at staffing levels, work loads, policies & procedures and general Business Office operations in the areas of registration, billing, account follow-up and bad debt write-offs.
